Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Showrie LLC ("we," "us"), operator of the INVC invoicing application at invc.ai (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects information. INVC is used by independent service providers (for example lawn care, handyman, and cleaning businesses) to create and send quotes, invoices, and service notifications to their own customers.

Information we collect

Provider account data — business name, contact email, phone number, and payment-setup details you provide when creating an account.
Customer contact data entered by providers — the names, phone numbers, email addresses, and service addresses that a provider enters about their own customers in order to send quotes, invoices, and job updates.
Transaction data — invoices, quotes, line items, and payment status. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Messaging data — the content and delivery status of SMS and email notifications sent through the Service, and SMS consent and opt-out status.
Usage and device data — basic log information needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

We use information solely to provide and operate the Service:

To create and deliver quotes, invoices, and receipts.
To send transactional SMS and email notifications (such as invoices, quotes, payment reminders, job-status updates, and feedback requests) on a provider's behalf to that provider's customers.
To process payments and record their status.
To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

SMS messaging and consent

Phone numbers are used only to send the transactional service messages described above to the relevant customer. A provider must confirm they have an existing business relationship with, and permission to text, each customer before any message is sent. Every message identifies the sending business and includes opt-out instructions. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out and START to resume. SMS messages are delivered through our telecommunications provider (Twilio).

No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, acting on our instructions:

Twilio — SMS delivery.
Resend / SendGrid — email delivery.
Stripe — payment processing.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect information.

Your choices and rights

Customers may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Providers may access, correct, or request deletion of their account data.
